Don't Give Up Your Day Job – Become an Avid, Pro Tools or Motion Graphics Professional at Night
Video Symphony Programs Now Available Evenings and Weekends.
It's a frequently asked question, asked even more frequently as career-changers seek more creative futures, and industry professionals pursue upgrade training. The question usually goes something like this:
"Are the courses available on evenings and weekends? I really want to change my career, but I still need the job I have now."
Good news. The answer is "Yes."
Beginning in June, 2008, Video Symphony's Avid Professional Program, Pro Tools Career Program and Motion Graphics Program will be offered on evenings and weekends.
Designed to accommodate working professionals and students who have full-time day jobs, the Avid Professional Night Program includes all 36 courses, plenty of hands-on practice time and the same benefits listed for the regular 12-14 month daytime Avid Professional Program.
The Pro Tools and Motion Graphics Programs also retain the same benefits.
"We understand that many erstwhile students have to juggle school with other important aspects of their lives, such as job and family," Video Symphony's president Mike Flanagan said. "It may take a little longer for night students to complete the program, but they will be equally prepared to compete in the Hollywood job market when they graduate."
Initially, the Avid Professional Night Program classes will be conducted on Monday and Wednesday evenings plus one weekend per month.
The first evening sessions are scheduled to begin with orientation on June 23rd. Initial classes start June 30th, 2008.
Signing up soon is a good move, because there are limited seats available for this special series of programs.
