Video Symphony Housing OverviewOur students come from all over the globe to start their careers in Entertainment Post-Production. Video Symphony has developed our student housing program to help with their relocation, offering an affordable and convenient residence while they are in school. Video Symphony Student Housing rental costs can also be added to your tuition and covered by your SLM Financial career loan.
All Video Symphony properties offer a furnished living room and dining room with wireless internet access. Students provide their own bedroom furniture, appliances and cooking utensils. Rental prices range from $725-$870 per month, plus utilities.

We have seven 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom apartments with rooms ranging from $740 to $870 and offer a short, half mile walk to Video Symphony through Beautiful Downtown Burbank with its restaurants, shops and theaters.
Providencia Apartment
627 E. Providencia, Burbank, CA 91502
We have nine- 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartments with each room renting for $725 per month plus utilities, located less than a mile from Video Symphony and close to Beautiful Downtown Burbank.
San Jose Apartments
634 E. San Jose Ave. Burbank, CA 91501
Here we have 9 units ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms each renting for $725-$750 per month plus utilities, located about 1/3 of a mile away from Video Symphony.
Security deposits are equal to one month’s rent. Student housing is limited and needs to be booked in advance. An initial deposit of $550 made payable to Symphonic Properties will secure your spot in Video Symphony housing with the balance of the security deposit due on move in day.
Utilities are first paid by Video Symphony, then billed to the residents based on occupancy to ensure continuity of services.
