Alan Natale
Alan Natale crawls out of the DVD "Real World" trenches periodically to instruct Video Symphony's DVD Menu Design class. A veteran DVD Menu Designer (since DVD's unofficial birth in 1997), Alan risks public ridicule by admitting how much he loves his job.His experience is varied and rich: design and illustration aspects of his bachelor's degree from UMass Dartmouth, several post-graduate design classes from Northeastern University, well over a decade of freelance and full-time work as a Graphic Designer, hours and hours logged in at many of the world's finest art museums and tons of kudos (in writing) about his DVD menus on user websites.
Alan constantly strives to make the class technically sound, creatively stimulating, supportive and full of silly jokes to keep you alert. Alan's class is very hands-on and interactive so that you walk away motivated and prepared to be a competent DVD Menu Designer...or just look like one.
