Avid Career Program and Film & Video Editing Program (Previously known as Avid Professional Program)
Becoming a Hollywood-ready Avid or Final Cut Pro editor is a challenge. All-around skills are highly respected in today’s digital marketplace. That’s why we developed the Avid Career Program and Film & Video Editing Program (Previously known as Avid Professional Program). For many students, Video Symphony’s Avid Programs are an alternative to college
or film school.
Video Symphony has been the #1 Avid Authorized Education Center worldwide numerous times, and has been the largest one since 1996.
Avid’s Media and Film Composers are the standard tools for professional film and video post production throughout the world. The boundless capabilities of Avid have no parallel in the editing world. Nearly every major motion picture and prime-time TV show is edited on Avid.
Video Symphony’s Film & Video Editing Program (Previously known as Avid Professional Program) and Avid Career Program encompass technical skills, aesthetics and workflow knowledge. VS's Avid Programs move students from having no knowledge to advanced industry-level expertise in Avid and Final Cut Pro editing in about one year.
VS's Avid Programs provide the immeasurable value of real-life experience in a workplace environment through numerous client projects that students work on. Hundreds of our graduates have launched from VS's classrooms into paid jobs in post production for feature films, TV, commercials and myriad other video productions.
Even veteran Hollywood editors and graphic artists choose Video Symphony for retraining in digital editing--just like they've done since 1994.
The Film & Video Editing Program (Previously known as Avid Professional Program) is now available evenings and weekends.
